About this position

Responsibilities

• ตรวจเช็คการขอรถในระบบ Transport และตรวจความสอบความถูกต้อง
• วางแผนจัดรถและจ่ายงานให้กับพนักงานขับรถ พร้อมแนะนำเส้นทาง
• ตรวจสอบเอกสารการปิดงานและปิดงานในระบบ Transport
• รวบรวมใบรับ-ส่งสินค้า/ใบกำกับสินค้า จัดส่งให้กับหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง
• ควบคุมการเบิก-จ่ายค่าทางด่วนและซีลล็อคตู้สินค้าให้ถูกต้องตามใบขอรถที่กำหนด

Requirements

• วุฒิปริญญาตรี สาขา ธุรกิจระหว่างประเทศ หรืออื่น ๆที่เกี่ยวข้อง
• ประสบการณ์ในสายงานอย่างน้อย 1-2 ปี
• มีความรับผิดชอบในการทำงาน
• มีจิตใจรักงานบริการ
• มีความละเอียดรอบคอบ
• สามรถทำงานล่วงเวลาได้
• ทำงานใต้ภาวะกดดันได้
• สามารถใช้ Microsoft Office ได้ดี
• สามารถสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษได้ดี
• พร้อมเริ่มงานได้ทันที จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
