About this position

The IT - System Support Supervisor is responsible for maintaining and monitoring IT assets, coordinating with the IT team, and providing assistance for IT common issues.

Responsibilities

• Maintain & Monitor IT asset, IT admin works including IT related document for internal process.
• Create/update content & web admin for SharePoint (KWETH internal site).
• Coordinate with the IT team, users to design GUI for local applications and assist to design various graphic to use for company special occasion.
• Create/update customer, vendor and carrier in a Global Unified system.
• Extract monthly data and provide to management.
• Arrange, Customize, Enhance & Finding initiative in the utilization of Kintone system.
• Providing assistance for IT common issues that related to Global Unified Applications.
• Others as assignment by Line Manager.

Requirements

• Educational : Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Graphic or degree related to graphic design.
• Experience : 3-5 years of experience in Graphic Design , website design, and admin.
• Graphic Design software, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.
• Ability to design website and content.
• Have knowledge in graphic design software and trends.
• Good command of English.
