About this position

The IT - MES Engineer (System Support) will be responsible for supporting users on day-to-day shop floor applications, analysis and problem-solving related to the MFG system, creating and maintaining reports, machine integration issues, and coordinating with various teams.

• Responsible for supporting users on day-to-day shop floor applications.• Analysis and problem-solving related to the MFG system.• Creating and maintaining reports for support users.• Machine integration issues.• Coordinator and interact with each other with users, the Infrastructure team, the Database team, and the Application team.• Handle the system issue that key users can’t solve.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in computer engineering, computer science, engineering or a related field.• Fluent in command of English and have good communication skills.• At least 2-3 years of experience as system support in shop floor process.• Basis SQL knowledge and a programming language are welcomed.• Basis knowledge of electronics is welcomed.
