The Sales Manager position in Jakarta Sales Office is responsible for proactively soliciting and handling sales opportunities, ensuring proper turnover for service delivery, and building long-term customer relationships to achieve sales objectives.
Responsibilities
• Works collaboratively with off-property sales channels to ensure coordinated sales efforts. • Builds and strengthens relationships with existing and new customers for future bookings. • Develops relationships within the community to expand customer base. • Manages and develops relationships with key internal and external stakeholders. • Participates in sales calls to acquire new business and supports operational aspects of business booked. • Identifies new business opportunities, understands market trends, and maximizes revenue.
Requirements
• Requires a 2-year degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major with 3 years of sales and marketing experience, or a 4-year bachelor's degree with 1 year of experience. • Must have knowledge of market trends, competitors, and target customers to achieve revenue goals. • Strong customer service skills and ability to drive customer loyalty. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
