About this position

The primary purpose of this role is to provide comprehensive support to users and clients, both locally and globally, as well as assist the Global IT team with infrastructure-related tasks such as servers and network maintenance.

Responsibilities

• User support at both local and global levels.
• Frontend infrastructure management at the local level.
• Backend infrastructure management locally and globally.
• Installation, testing, and maintenance of clients within the local environment.
• Providing user support locally and globally.
• Assisting with global IT infrastructure support, including servers and network maintenance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer/Information Science, or related fields
• Good knowledge in Clients and User support
• First knowledge in Server Hardware and Operating systems (Windows)
• First knowledge with virtualization systems (VMWare)
• Main knowledge in networks (Cisco)
