Operation Specialist - Prachinburi (304 Industrial Park)
About this position
The Operation Specialist plays a crucial role in supporting production processes by analyzing problems, identifying root causes, and implementing improvements on the field.
Responsibilities
• Analyze process data and other information to develop and implement effective solutions to support the continuous improvement of the production process
• Participate in investigations of safety, environmental, quality or production loss incidents
• Carry out safety audits & inspections and support effective close-out of action points
• Conduct root cause analysis of problems concerning the daily operations
• Support the development and implementation of improvements on the field
• Facilitate the transfer of information between field operators, field supervisor, production DCS board man and shift management across all shifts
Requirements
• Bachelor Degree in any engineering fields Or High Vocational Certificate in Mechanical, Electrical or Petrochem will be considered
• At least 2 -5 years of total experience in the chemical or oil & gas sector or equivalent
• Good computer skills including MS Office
• Good Communication (Verbal and Writing) and some English language competence is preferred
• Ability to work effectively in a diverse multicultural team
