About this position

The External Manufacturing Quality Assurance Scientist in Bangkok is responsible for leading the ASIA region in defining and deploying Mars External Manufacturing Quality Management (EMQM) and other Mars Standards.

Responsibilities

• Conduct EM Risk Assessment (EMPRA) and manage risk mitigation actions completion
• Accountable for the speed to market qualification process deliver
• Conduct data analysis for measuring process capability, Q&FS investigation, and effective RA & CAPA
• Analyze and review EM performance Metrics for continuous improvement
• Responsible for supplier and internal client relationship management
• Ensure goods and services consistently achieve food safety, quality, legality, intellectual property protection

Requirements

• Minimum bachelor’s degree in general science, Food Science, Food Safety, Microbiological, Chemical or Food Engineering
• Ideally audit qualification (ISO22000 lead auditor certified is desirable)
• Practical Knowledge of project management, problem solving and lean tools such as PDCA, Root cause analysis, Six Sigma, Product testing methodologies, risk assessments and statistical data analysis/ process control
• Proven track record in deploying and managing Quality Assurance & Hygiene programs such as HACCP/ISO 22000
• Computer literate with good working knowledge of software applications
