International Sales Representative
About this position
International Sales Representative position with responsibilities in managing sugar trading, maintaining customer relationships, preparing sales documents, planning sales, handling customer complaints, and monitoring sales terms.
Responsibilities
• Manage sugar trading to achieve target and earn premiums as set by company.
• Maintain relationships with existing customers and expand customer base in the direct business group.
• Prepare sales-related documents such as purchase agreements and addendums in a timely manner.
• Plan monthly sales and ensure timely delivery of products to customers as per agreements.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues to create long-term satisfaction.
• Monitor sales terms and customer payment compliance in line with the company's financial policies.
Requirements
• Bachelor of Commerce, International Business, or related field.
• At least 1 year experience in sales & marketing function, preferably in export sales role.
• Experience in commodity products, or related such as food & beverage is highly preferred.
• Good command of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint), PowerBI, and Tableu.
• Excellent command of English (TOEIC > 650).
