About this position

This position is responsible for managing waste management, coordinating with internal and external organizations to comply with waste management regulations, and managing annual scrap bidding.

Responsibilities

• Apply all concerned laws and regulations to total waste management of 9 factory licenses and 2 warehouses; to be licensed industrial waste controller of the company. • Manage and control Web Based Application of relative Government (i-industry, WTMS-IEAT, Municipality website, etc.) - Annual waste generation plan and moving out permit. - Daily moving out permit of DIW. - Daily moving out permit of IEAT. - Submit monthly report. - Submit annual report. • Determine target and concreted plan for total waste quantity reduction. • Manage and control bidding for scrap selling (work with Scrap Bidding Working Team) • Evaluate performance of waste processer, waste transport supplier and outsource of waste operation

Requirements

• 10 years of working experience in industrial waste management. • 3 years and up of working experience in management level; Be able to coach and delegate tasks for team members (4 persons). • Bachelor’s degree in related field. • Possess industrial waste controller license and wastewater controller license issued by DIW. • Good command of English, able to communicate effectively.
