The IT Application - Expert will manage & control applications, formulate IT applications roadmap, and support business processes improvement for competitiveness.

Responsibilities

• Manage & control applications, formulate IT applications roadmap to be in line with business direction for MMTh and subsidiary company and initiatives system requirement for MMTh to be competitiveness.
• Participate with MMC Global and regional group to create and improve the IT system to be used the same system among group that can be reduced totally IT cost.
• Support business processes improvement for competitiveness.
• Coordinate with other business division & Response for MMTh end-user customer satisfaction.
• Manage, control & response for Head office(HO) operations.
• Establishes, Maintains and Developments in the IT General control and Guideline for all MMTh IT Systems, considering MMTh Company Policy, J-SOX ITGC, Thai, Computer Law and MMC Information Security global standard.
• Coaching, Supervise, evaluate and control subordinated to achieve division target and support business operation smoothly & continuously.
• Resolve complex issues & problem from current business operations.
• Enhance initiative ideas in regard of Business Process Re-engineering / Digital Transformation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in information Technology, Computer Science or related field
• 15 years of working experience in IT function with experience in IT management level more than 5 years.
• Have knowledge of production system (Any ERP is acceptable), BPR (Business Process Re-engineering) and Digitalization / Digital transformation
• Full ERP system/package implementation at least 2 cycles.
• Have knowledge of ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library)
• Have knowledge of Application development process.
• Basic IT Infrastructure & Network.
• Fluent in reading, listening, spoken and written in English.
• Good Leadership , people management and able to communicate effectively.
