About this position

The SEA Marketing Innovation Manager will lead cross-functional innovation projects to ensure consumer needs are met and desired outcomes are achieved.

Responsibilities

• Provide input to develop the BU innovation strategy and targets
• Recommend ideas and opportunities to develop the innovation pipeline
• Build robust product activity requests and develop consumer-led, financially profitable high-level business cases
• Develop and deliver creative Marketing concepts and ideas aligned to consumer need
• Ensure project team clarity on scope and objectives and lead the project at stage gate reviews
• Partner with PCM to ensure accuracy of information uploaded into Accolade

Requirements

• Unearthing and applying insights to innovation
• Strategic thinking applied to identify consumer opportunities and portfolio management
• Ideas development and evaluation to build healthy pipeline
• Analytical skills, business acumen, and commercial plan building
• Ability to work collaboratively with external partners and cross-functional teams
