Responsibilities
• Use in-depth process and service knowledge to ensure service level agreements are met
• Co-own development of standard operating procedures to drive standardization
• Provide input for training materials and ensure compliance with policies and laws
• Analyze and report on exceptions, offer recommendations for process improvements
• Lead sustainable continuous improvement process for the team
Requirements
• Experience in specific process area and working in a shared service organization
• Ability to be a good team player, influence others, and have process design and mapping experience
• Effective communication, interpersonal skills, and initiative
• Desire to drive future and accelerate career growth
• Education/certifications in related field
