Consumer & Competitive Quality Manager
About this position
Join Nestlé Indonesia as a Consumer & Competitive Quality Manager to support quality specialists and their factories in specific areas of expertise.
Responsibilities
• Responsible for consumer complaint handling by preparing monthly report, giving input for feedback response, monitoring and settlement of complaints, complaint analysis, and organizing sensitive complaint meetings.
• Conduct market approval/market release activities such as setting up schedules, organizing sensory sessions, checking document completeness, execution, and reporting release.
• Handle product registration related tasks by conducting verification of ROA submission against product specifications, supporting analysis in Laboratory, checking and releasing label artwork, and validating Intermarket Supply brief prior to approval/signatories.
Requirements
• Minimum bachelor’s degree, preferred food science related major.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience.
• Demonstrated competence in implementing quality assurance programs.
• Experience in participating in project teams, leading change efforts, participating in audit teams and improvement projects, and establishing networks of peers.
