About this position
Join Nestle as an Instore Activation Executive (Trade Marketing) for Nestle Nutrition.
Responsibilities
• Develop POSM including design and production process for trade channel as per promotion and activity plan.
• Initiate and execute in store display including Structure displays to ensure outstanding brand visibility.
• Coordinate with 3rd party delivery service to ensure POSM & merchandising tools delivery to store on time.
• Build effective business relationships with Trade Marketing and externally (POSM design & production agencies and marketing materials procurement agency) through managing expectations, clear communication and consistent performance.
• Lead close out reports of all executions with ROI analysis to ensure all activations deliver maximum effectiveness at lowest cost.
• Keep up to date with market & industry changes and alert the team of innovation, potential advantages/new opportunities. (e.g. Coffee Zone , Hotbev Zone ,Renovate Stores and other adhocs) Monitoring competitive activity, and delivering key learnings, thus ensuring competitive trial strategies.
Requirements
• Minimum 1-2 years’ experience in FMCG Business or related
• Strong interpersonal skills to work and communicate with sales/trade and other key functional areas
• Be able to work in agility and flexibility environment
• Ability to work under tight timelines and balance multiple projects
• Working knowledge of Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop & Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook Have at least 1 years experience in an operations role at POSM agency
