About this position

The Business Analyst / System Analyst will engage with users to understand requirements, present solutions, and coordinate with various teams to design and implement processes and systems.

Responsibilities

• Engage/Understand user requirements or user pain points. • Present solutions to users and product development team. • Coordinate with UX/UI team to design User Interface. • Review Test cases, written by testers, to ensure those cover all critical points. • Analyzing an organization and designing its processes and systems. • Validate results by review testing results from testers or testing programs.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, MIS, Information Technology, or related field. • At least 5 years experience in business analyst role. • Excellent communication skills, presentation skills and documentation, Sharp and Accuracy. • Good knowledge of requirements gathering, and analysis. • Good knowledge of RDBMS, Database Design, Data Modelling.
