About this position

The Marketing Officer in Real Estate is responsible for developing marketing strategies, managing budgets, leading a team, evaluating marketing activities, and identifying new business opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Develop marketing strategies and plans to attract customers and achieve sales targets
• Plan and allocate budgets appropriately and select suitable media for each project
• Supervise and support team members to ensure smooth operations
• Monitor and evaluate team performance to meet company goals or address operational issues
• Evaluate marketing activities, adjust plans and strategies to stay competitive
• Identify new business opportunities, present and plan strategies
• Find new customers and markets to increase sales channels
• Conduct meetings to inform project owners
• Build relationships internally and externally to create business opportunities
• Coordinate with various departments for efficient operations
• Continuously monitor market information and trends
• Perform other duties as assigned by superiors

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
• At least 3-5 years of experience in marketing
• Leadership and teamwork skills
• Presentation skills
• Ability to work under pressure
• Proficient in English language
• Good computer skills
