About this position
The Corporate Finance Sr. Officer - Assistant Manager will be responsible for providing feasibility studies for new projects, analyzing financial performance, and managing key materials.
Responsibilities
• Provided feasibility study for new projects.
• Created, prepared, and analyzed budget, cash flow, and financial performance reports & Financial models.
• Coordinated with financial institutions, banks, credit rating companies, and investors.
• Preparation and analyst financial statement and company profiles.
• Provided financial funding, such as project finance.
• Responsible for issuance and offering of debentures and bill of exchange.
• Perform other tasks assigned by the Executives.
• Manage the development of key materials: presentation decks, quarterly earnings reports, management Q&As.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in MBA, Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years experienced in related background.
• Strong proficiency in understanding, analyzing, and explaining financial performance.
• Attention to details, high creativity, and flexibility.
• High responsibility and ability to work under pressure.
• Good command in English.
• Good command for use of computer software (Microsoft Office, Visio Internet).
• Prior experience in property business will be an advantage.
