About this position

As a Senior Network WAN Engineer, responsible for designing WAN infrastructure, leading projects, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Defines network design policies, philosophies, and criteria.
• Manages WAN optimization projects to improve data transmission speeds.
• Oversees network performance monitoring and conducts detailed network analyses.
• Leads network upgrade initiatives, including evaluating and deploying new technologies.
• Collaborates with security teams to implement security frameworks and compliance protocols.
• Provides expert-level support and technical guidance to junior team members.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in network engineering with a focus on WAN technologies.
• Strong understanding of network infrastructure and hardware with proficiency in Cisco or similar technologies.
• Demonstrable experience with network performance tuning and troubleshooting tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, proficient in English.
