About this position

The Specialist, Advanced Engineer will provide inputs to PEx strategic roadmap, source new technologies, and support project management for KPI company.

Responsibilities

• Provide inputs to PEx strategic roadmap, KPI targets, and budget planning
• Source new machine, new technologies, manufacturing methods, and equipment
• Create and execute projects to support KPI company
• Coordinate with stakeholders to achieve project goals
• Ensure effective data collection and consider shop floor circumstances
• Analyze data, provide recommendations, and integrate learning with other plants of PANDORA

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in the field of Industrial at the manufacturing factory
• At least 2 years of experience in project management or new product introduction
• Knowledge in lean and six sigma will be a plus
• Experience in the jewellery industry or automotive will be a plus
