About this position

The AVP - Regulatory Affairs will be responsible for keeping up-to-date with regulatory legislation, ensuring compliance with regulations in various markets, representing the company to government agencies, providing advice to teams, building regulation databases, and overseeing product registration/importation.

Responsibilities

• Keep up-to-date with changes in regulatory legislation and guidelines in Thailand and International markets
• Ensure compliance with regulations of all products of destination countries our products be sold (Global markets: US/EU/ANZ/China/SEA…)
• Represent the company to work with government agencies on policy guidelines, inch liaising and negotiating with regulatory authorities
• Provide advice about regulations to team and related departments, and work with Marketing team on artwork development
• Build regulation database and documentation for internal records and government registration
• Product Registration/Importation to target countries
• Liaise with R&D/ Supply Chain/ Ops team or key stakeholders to ensure smooth transition of information & practices
• Able to work independently with project teams

Requirements

• Master of Science or higher in Food Science/ Food Chem or related fields
• Track record of Regulatory Affair work in the Food industry (Human and/or Pet platforms)
• 7-10 year experiences in the industry
• Mature & polite, with collaboration sense
• Analytical thinking with good problem solving skills
• Attention to details
• Decisiveness/ Sense of urgency/ Proactive
• Good time management with flexibility
