About this position

The Revenue Management Manager - Asia Beverages oversees Net Revenue Management within the GMD Foods in Philippines and Malaysia, and Malaysia Beverage.

Responsibilities

• Price and PPA Management for Philippines Foods, Malaysia Foods, and Malaysia Beverage: Making decisions that impact Finance department, Commercial and Franchise teams • Mix Management across the portfolio in Philippines Foods, Malaysia Foods, and Malaysia Beverage: Executing actions that impact Supply Chain, Finance department, Commercial and Franchise teams • Promotion Optimization in Philippines Foods, Malaysia Foods, and Malaysia Beverage: Providing consultation that impacts Marketing teams, Finance department, Commercial and Franchise teams • Trade Optimization Strategies for Philippines Foods, Malaysia Foods, and Malaysia Beverage: Providing consultation that impacts Finance department, Commercial and Franchise teams • NRM Capability Building Initiatives for Teams in Philippines Foods, Malaysia Foods, and Malaysia Beverage: Executing actions that impact Human Resources, Finance department, Marketing, Commercial and Franchise teams • NRM Performance Reporting and Analysis for NRM Strategies: Executing actions that impact Finance department, Commercial and Franchise teams • Stakeholder management for NRM Results: Executing actions that impact Commercial and Franchise teams

Requirements

• Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze complex data sets and market trends to identify revenue growth opportunities and potential risks • Financial Acumen: Strong understanding of financial principles, including pricing strategies, profitability analysis, and budget management • Strategic Thinking: Capability to develop and implement strategic plans for Net Revenue Management aligned with overall business objectives • Cross-functional Collaboration: Experience working collaboratively with teams such as Marketing, Commercial, Franchise, Finance, and Supply Chain to drive integrated revenue management initiatives • Communication Skills: Effective communication skills to convey complex strategies and insights to various stakeholders, both internal and external
