About this position
The Launch Excellence Lead facilitates the successful launch of Pfizer breakthroughs, by providing the right focus and prioritization across categories.
Responsibilities
• Facilitates and integrates cross-functional efforts leading to successful breakthrough launches.
• Builds market expertise in launch planning and execution.
• Leads early stages of new assets strategic planning, as early as 3 years prior to launch.
• Partners with Country LT to prioritize launches across categories at the country/cluster level and coordinates resource allocation to support launch planning.
• Incorporates new product planning into overall BU Cx experience plans, especially if there is a TA portfolio.
• Provides a forum for “Launch Excellence” best practice sharing across BUs, driving additional efficiencies and optimization of existing solutions.
Requirements
• Qualifications in pharmacy, sciences or marketing.
• 5 years plus experiences in commercial within pharmaceutical, medical devices or affiliated industry.
• Previous experience in new product launch and business development for healthcare or pharmaceutical industry.
• Analytical skills to identify the connections between data, products and the needs of both Health Care Professionals and patients.
• Strategic thinking and planning to help customers see beyond the day-to-day for omni-channels and media planning.
