About this position
Responsibilities
• Design Graphics: Create and develop artworks for marketing materials such as logo, poster, print ad, online ad, infographic, banner, e-commerce materials etc.
• Motion/Videos: Cut, trim, and enhance video content with effects, transitions, and audio to produce polished final products. Including creating simple motion graphics for marketing purposes.
• Maintain Brand Identity: Ensure all designs adhere to our brand guidelines and enhance our visual identity.
• Collaborate with other teams: Work closely within the design team and other teams such as marketing, RD, Procurement, E-commerce team to develop artworks for campaigns and product launches.
• Manage Projects: Handle multiple design and animation projects, ensuring timely completion and alignment with objectives.
• Incorporate Feedback: Adjust designs based on team and stakeholder feedback to meet project goals.
• Stay Updated: Keep up with industry trends and best practices to ensure our content remains relevant and effective.
Requirements
• Proven 3-5 years experience in graphic design with printing and digital design experience (Online & Offline).
• Fluent in relevant design tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects and other design related tools.
• Strong creativity, critical thinking and attention to details.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to present design concepts clearly.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines effectively.
• A good team player with a high level of flexibility and responsibility.
• Positive attitude, openness to learn and try new things, to give and receive constructive feedback.
