About this position
Assists in overseeing the administration activities for the organization.
Responsibilities
• Handle payroll administrative task to ensure payroll is done correctly.
• Review/ make OT and Headcount report.
• Ensure training record and on-the-job-training for new employees are in place and up-to-date.
• Facilitate training programs according to annual training plan.
• Support employee engagement activities.
• Other jobs as assigned by HR Manager.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in any related field.
• Fair in English language.
• Good communication and human relationship.
• Energetic & willing to learn new things.
• Proficient in Ms.Excel. Able to use V Lookup.
