About this position

CI Lead responsible for driving improvements via Lean Six Sigma Manufacturing methodology to improve AMU, productivity, cycle time, and main initiatives issues.

Responsibilities

• Achieve productivity commitments to reduce overall cost.
• Establish operations fundamentals to enable modernization.
• Make selective investments aligned to long-term road map.
• Support implementation of various management systems.
• Benchmark global manufacturing sites for best practices.
• Use Operational Excellence Fundamental Assessment to develop action plans.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of working experience in manufacturing.
• Degree in Engineering.
• Knowledgeable about OPEX Fundamental Assessment, LSS methodology, and BPI tools.
• Experience in continuous improvement projects.
• Certified Green belt in Lean Six Sigma.
