About this position

Customer Service position responsible for delivering finished goods to customers.

Responsibilities

• Order taking and order confirmation
• Follow up with production planner/production team to fulfil customer delivery requirement on-time-in-full
• Allocate stock sharing among customers if stock is not enough or capacity is limited
• Negotiate with customer for delivery requirement
• Prepare a daily delivery plan and liaise to logistics team, 3rd parties' warehouse and transporter
• Coordinate with salesperson, customer, transporter and internal team for goods return

Requirements

• 2 years minimum working experience in the Customer service area from manufacturing field
• Bachelor’s degree
• Strong communication skills, service skill, negotiation skill
• Able to communicate basic English
• ISO9001 & ISO14001 basic knowledge
