Responsibilities

• Understanding lean production and industrial engineering
• Preparation SOP and Flowchart for support projects transfer
• Setup manufacturing process and training operations to ensure new model can mass-production smoothly with good productivities and reject rate
• Process improvement
• Quotation for new projects
• Responsible for the improvement of production site, by IE techniques for waste removal, cost savings, improve efficiency

Requirements

• Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics or Electrical or related field
• Logical thinking ability, organization and coordination ability, communication skills, proactive
• Responsible for the improvement of production site, by IE techniques for waste removal, cost savings, improve efficiency
• Lean production project planning, progress tracking
• Layout planning, automation solution to discover and follow up
