About this position

The Partnership & Sales Representative at PT. Aku Suka Kamu (Little Frenchie Bali) is responsible for developing and maintaining partnerships with local businesses and driving sales growth. This role involves identifying potential partners, negotiating agreements, and implementing strategies to increase revenue. The Partnership & Sales Representative will report to the Sales Manager and collaborate closely with the marketing team to achieve company objectives.

Responsibilities

• Developing and maintaining relationships with existing and potential partners.
• Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities to expand the company's partnership network.
• Negotiating and finalizing partnership agreements and contracts.
• Collaborating with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of partnership initiatives.
• Conducting market research to identify potential partners and market trends.
• Providing regular updates and reports on partnership activities and performance.
• Attending industry events and conferences to network and promote the company's partnership opportunities.
• Assisting in the development of marketing strategies and materials to support partnership initiatives.
• Providing excellent customer service to partners, addressing any concerns or issues promptly.
• Keeping up-to-date with industry developments and competitor activities to stay ahead in the market.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
• Minimum 3 years in the same position
• Proven experience in sales and partnership development
• Self motivated and target driven
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and partners
• Knowledge of the hospitality industry and familiarity with the local market
• Domiciled in BALI
