About this position

The QC and Technology Officer will be responsible for developing paint formulas, coordinating with teams, adjusting production batches, evaluating samples, creating vendors, optimizing costs, and conducting lab studies.

Responsibilities

• Develop water based and solvent based paint formulas.
• Coordinate with Tech-services and QC team for application supports and complaint resolution
• Take paint batches and generate data as per the need of Technology Executive
• Adjustment of production batches to meet QC specification
• Do periodic evaluation of retained samples for their compliance to quality
• Create alternate vendors for existing raw materials
• Optimize cost of formulas
• Do lab benchmarking studies and circulate report

Requirements

• Graduate or equivalent in science.
• Fresher or 1-2 years of relevant experience in paint.
• Willing to be placed in our Karawang factory.
• Willing to work on Saturday.
