Responsibilities

• Plan and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company sales targets
• Lead and manage the sales team, finding solutions to existing obstacles
• Prepare sales reports and report to Management
• Follow market trends and innovate sales practices to improve Company performance
• Develop and maintain good business relationships with relevant parties

Requirements

• Maximum age of 40 years
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing/Management/Economics and Business/Communication Science/Visual Communication Design (DKV) or other relevant majors
• 2-3 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably for retail/FMCG products
• Strong knowledge of sales strategies, negotiation techniques, and sales team management
• Ability to lead a strong team and motivate, direct, and develop the sales team
