• Melaksanakan kegiatan operasional kepegawaian
• Mendukung perencanaan, pengawasan dan implementasi seluruh kegiatan ketenagakerjaan
• Melaksanakan fungsi Administrasi HR

Requirements

• Usia maksimal 35 tahun
• Pendidikan S1/S2 jurusan Hukum/Psikologi/Ekonomi Sumber Daya/ Management/Jurusan lain yang relevan
• Memiliki pengalaman minimal 1 tahun sebagai Staf HR/ Fresh Graduate
• Memiliki keterampilan komunikasi yang baik (lisan dan tulisan)
• Memiliki pemahaman yang baik tentang administrasi MSDM khususnya Compensation and Benefit
