Quality Control Manager
About this position
Quality Control Manager position requires a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, or Pharmacy with at least 5 years of experience in the same field. The candidate should possess skills in Leadership and Communication.
Responsibilities
• Supervising the day-to-day operations of the quality control program, including inspections, testing, and audits
• Conducting internal and external quality control audits periodically to ensure compliance with established standards and procedures
• Developing, implementing, and maintaining quality control policies and procedures
• Developing and maintaining systems to monitor and evaluate quality control data, and reporting findings to senior management
• Identifying and investigating quality control issues and recommending solutions to improve product, service, and process quality
• Collaborating with production, engineering, and research and development teams to ensure quality control considerations are integrated into design, development, and production processes
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, or Pharmacy
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in the same field
• Skills in Leadership and Communication
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team
• Developing and implementing training programs to educate employees on quality control procedures and best practices
