About this position
As an SME People Development Asst Manager, you will be responsible for creating training programs for Sales, Marketing, and Export departments, conducting training activities nationwide, evaluating training effectiveness, and developing necessary training modules.
Responsibilities
• Create TNA for Sales, Marketing, and Export departments
• Develop training programs for Sales, Marketing, and Export departments
• Conduct training activities nationwide for Sales, Marketing, and Export departments
• Evaluate training effectiveness and behavioral changes of participants
• Develop necessary training modules
Requirements
• Minimum Bachelor's degree in any field
• At least 3 years of experience as a sales & marketing trainer
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point)
• Disciplined, honest, proactive, responsible, and agile
• Good communication skills
