Responsibilities

• Degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or any related field
• Fresh graduate are welcome to apply, having experience in Learning & Development Area is a plus
• Basic knowledge of People Development Management & differences between various roles within organizations
• Possess in using Microsoft Office
• Socially agile, eager to learn, have a positive and can-do attitude
• Strong communication, collaboration, presentation, and reporting skills
