Responsibilities

• Attending All HQ training program (Online/Offline) • Designing and administering the training needs of area through mitra and gateway needs and consultation with HQ • Effectively communicate with HQ Training • Conducting training to all area employees: Training to all branch employees based on other department requests/regular training • Maintaining records and providing participants with feedback: Do documentation of training, collecting participants with feedback after training finished

Requirements

• Bachelor degree in Education Technology/Business Management • Maximum Age 28 Years Old • Experience in Logistics (Preferable) • Mastering In Training Need Analysis (TNA), Training Evaluation and Service Excellent • Creative and Adaptable
