The Agronomy & Agroforestry Manager will be responsible for leading sustainability efforts and providing technical agronomic support.

Responsibilities

• Translate CBN into clear and measurable KPIs and inspire team members.
• Ensure strict control & monitoring of all plantation activities.
• Address operational challenges and issues, implement sustainable development.
• Plan and execute initiatives within the scope of sustainability & community development.
• Provide technical agronomic advice and support to farmers and stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor Degree/ Master Degree in Food Technology, Agronomy, Agribusiness, Agroforestry, Forestry.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in leading sustainability division.
• Able to travel 70% of the time.
• Knowledge about Organic, Fairtrade, Rainforest Alliance, ISO 14001.
• Strong communication & interpersonal skills.
