About this position
Responsible for HR function, such as Compensation & Benefit, Recruitment, people development and HR administration.
Responsibilities
• Monitor & ensure salary rate & level compete or lead in the market
• Create and make sure policies related with compensation & benefits match with practice
• Develop recruitment plan to match with our manpower planning
• Make sure candidates hire match with organization competency
• Monitor and ensure all HR data are accurate and record tidy
• Plan and develop employee development plan
Requirements
• Minimum Bachelor Degree in any suitable major
• 10 years direct experience in similar subject
• Leadership skill, Good time arrangement
• Able to communicate in English
• Good computer skill (Microsoft Office, Outlook)
