Quality Manager
About this position
The Quality Manager is responsible for ensuring quality and safety standards are met in the food production process.
Responsibilities
• Carry out planning, implementation, monitoring & evaluation of QC and QA processes to ensure that parameters are met
• Identify and analyze all quality related issues and implement continuous improvements for better quality
• Responsible for food quality & safety starting from raw materials, production processes & production results until received by customers
• Responsible for raw material inspection and other related quality checks to ensure that the inspection meets the established standards
• Handling customer complaints, implementing mock recalls (if necessary) & providing documents for audits
• Help monitor and evaluate work procedures and standards related to quality
• Control and supervise the quality of raw materials and finished goods so that they meet established standards
Requirements
• Education min. S1 Food Technology, Agricultural Technology, Biology or similar.
• Minimum 3 year experiences in the same position in the food/beverage industry
• Thorough, detailed and has skills & knowledge of tools, materials, methodology and interpretation related to the laboratory.
• Able to interpret business needs into Quality Control and Quality Assurance work plans
• Have certification/expertise in the field of BRC issue 9, HACCP, ISO 22000, Hygiene & Sanitation, Halal
• Familiar with measurement tools and instruments
• Have good knowledge of QC systems, sampling methods and implementation of quality control in the field
• Have good leadership
• Have good analytical, interpersonal and communication skills, preferred with English Active both spoken and written
• Can join immediately
• Work placement in Purwokerto, Central Java.
