About this position
Responsibilities
โข Ensure monthly sales targets are met.
โข Keep product knowledge updated including all benefits, facilities, and services offered by the club.
โข Understand and comply with all administrative procedures.
โข Use provided marketing materials and support as proactive and constructive sales tools.
โข Maintain the highest level of professional behavior when dealing with prospects and members.
โข Be an extension of the club's services by assisting and greeting members upon arrival and departure; ensuring they are satisfied with their membership.
Requirements
โข Willing to be placed throughout the Malang area.
โข Familiar with target work and sales.
โข Previous experience working in a gym.
โข Determined, motivated, ambitious, confident, and tireless in pursuing sales.
โข Comfortable meeting other individuals.
โข A good and consistent sales track record will be an additional advantage.
โข Energetic and enthusiastic about promoting a healthy lifestyle.
โข Possess high levels of professionalism, honesty, integrity, and excellent work ethic.
