About this position

Talent Acquisition Staff position for recruitment and candidate management in a factory setting.

Responsibilities

• Run recruitment functions from start to finish to meet the manpower needs in the factory
• Build good relationships with candidates to enhance candidate management.

Requirements

• Maximum age of 25 years
• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, with a minimum GPA of 3.00
• Open to fresh graduates
• Understanding of Intelligence and Personality Test Tools
• Good Public Speaking & Interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in English is preferred
