The IT Applications Senior staff plays a crucial role in delivering comprehensive on-site and remote IT system support.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and promptly respond to support tickets.
• Document technical notes for the escalation or resolution of service requests.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, connection, and software issues reported to DX Manager.
• Collaborate with business & Corporate division to identify automation opportunities within Microsoft 365 & Power BI, other IT application tool.
• Design and develop automation solutions using Power Automate, Power Apps, SharePoint, and Microsoft Teams, UI Path, etc.
• Automate repetitive tasks and processes to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in an IT-related field.
• Minimum 2 years of desktop support or systems administration experience.
• Proficiency in Windows environments, including fixes, repairs, and hardware-software installations.
• Understanding of cloud system environments.
• Ability to independently investigate and implement solutions to technical issues.
