About this position
Head of Sales & Marketing position based in Jakarta for IU (Industrial Use) - B2B.
Responsibilities
• Achieve sales and marketing targets set by contributing information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews.
• Formulate and develop sales strategy and ensure quick and accurate implementation.
• Prepares an annual budget; schedule expenditures; analyze variances; initiating corrective actions.
• Identifies marketing opportunities by identifying consumer requirements; defining market, competitor's share, and competitor's strengths and weaknesses; forecasting projected business; establishing targeted market share.
• Build positive and multi-tiered relationships and good communication with all customers.
• Lead and develop a team of Sales to achieve Sales Targets.
• Evaluate Sales performances according to Sales Targets.
Requirements
• Degree in Business, Engineering, or Science/Arts
• At least 10 years of working in Sales & Marketing, with team leader experience
• Focused on growing sales and profits, able to strategize, plan and execute efficiently and independently
• International company experience and exposure preferred.
• Must be able to communicate, read, and write in English.
• A dynamic individual who is highly motivated, a good leader and team player.
• A highly motivated individual who is willing to take initiatives and responsibility and follow up with details.
• Have ability to develop strong business relationships with customers.
• Good presentation skills. Strong Excel skills & Power Point skills are required. SAP skills preferred.
