Channel Development Supervisor
About this position
Channel Development Supervisor responsible for ensuring alignment of planning and execution, developing and expanding the market, and executing promotion strategy for selected customer/channels.
Responsibilities
• Work closely with brand team on day to day basis to ensure full alignment of planning and execution
• Responsible with GT, TBK channel visibility and availability & tracking to meet execution as per target
• Develop and expand the market
• Execute promotion strategy for selected customer/channels
• Daily checking & to produce timely & valid weekly/monthly/project report
• Supply periodic trade – related information regarding availability, visibility and competitiveness based on field visit, distribution data and the research data
Requirements
• Bachelor Degree preferably marketing, business administration or related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience as Trade Marketing Executive/Supervisor in FMCG (preferably who is experience in GT & Local Modern Trade accounts)
• Numerical analysis : analysis & reporting expertise
• Passionate in Sales
• Able to work proactively with a team across multiple departments
