• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in Modern Trade accounts.
• Drive sales growth through effective negotiation, promotional planning, and assortment.
• Develop and execute joint business plans with key accounts to achieve mutual objectives and drive long-term profitability.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and consumer insights to identify opportunities for business development.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, supply chain, and finance teams to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives.
• Monitor sales performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions as necessary.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven track record of success in Key Account Management within the FMCG industry, particularly in the Modern Trade channel.
• Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-makers and drive mutually beneficial outcomes.
• Excellent analytical abilities with proficiency in data interpretation and market analysis.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally and build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
