About this position

The Regional HRGA Manager in Sidoarjo is responsible for overseeing HR and GA activities, recruitment, compliance, and working with branch personnel to support work targets.

Responsibilities

• Fulfilling MPP needs in their branch to support the achievement of branch work targets.
• Oversees recruitment, compensation and benefit, training and development, and working with Human Resource personnel to carry out the Human Resource Office's daily operations.
• Assure compliance with all applicable laws, rules, and operational procedures; and deliver HR services that suit the needs.
• Oversee all the HR and GA activities, initiatives, systems, and strategy
• Work closely with management and employees to improve working relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Psychology / Industrial Engineering or related discipline or equivalent experience required.
• At least 3-4 years of working experience in HR & GA, more preferable in Retail / Manufactur Industries.
• Understanding of the recruitment process as well as psychological tools.
• Understand General HR policies, procedures, and function.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
