Sales Supervisor position in Bali
Responsibilities
• Implement marketing and sales strategies to achieve sales targets for the sales team.
• Open new market networks for the company.
• Manage the sales team and monitor daily sales activities.
• Provide motivation and guidance to the team to increase sales.
• Follow up with the sales team and customers to ensure the sales process runs smoothly.
• Visit traditional markets, retail stores, and pareto shops.
Requirements
• Minimum education of Bachelor's degree in any field.
• At least 2 years of experience as a Sales Supervisor in FMCG (GT, MT, and Retail).
• Possess leadership skills, able to take directions from superiors and manage the sales team effectively.
• Skilled in communication and have a service mindset.
• Able to use computer tools such as MS Word and Excel.
