At the time, Indonesia’s ice cream market was in its infancy. Consumption of ice cream was extremely low and refrigerated distribution was next to non-existent. After five years, Mr. W.T. Quality Assurance Senior Supervisor (Meat & Seafood Product)

Responsibilities

• Analyst, develop, implement, and manage audit (internal & external) processes to ensure that products meet the required specifications for quality, function, and reliability before quality issues
• Identifies and sets appropriate quality standards and parameters for products, and improvement plans for quality issues
• Maintains output of process audit, and survey using analysis and statistic tools to make quality improvement decisions

Requirements

• Bachelor degree form Industrial Engineering, Food Technology or other relevant major
• Minimum 3 years experience as a QA Supervisor in Meat or Seafood Processing or manufacturer
• Good understanding and experience in GMP, HACCP, ISO 9000, ISO 22000 and FSSC, HSE, and Halal Assurance System
• Experienced in auditing of food safety & quality system
• Must be ready to travelling between Plant Cibitung and Cimahi as if needed
