Responsibilities
• Handle phone calls and messages from guests, providing directions as needed.
• Perform data entry for document and package shipments.
• Receive letters, documents, packages, and courier deliveries, and deliver or distribute items.
• Manage incoming and outgoing mail.
• Assist with reservation/book meeting rooms.
• Collaborate with admin.
Requirements
• Minimum Diploma/D3 in any field, preferably in Administration/Secretarial.
• At least 1 year of experience as a Receptionist.
• Proficient in English (Passive).
• Neat and attractive appearance.
• Good communication skills.
• Proficient in computer operation (Ms. Office).
• Honest, polite, loyal, initiative, and creative.
• Willing to be placed in West Jakarta.
