About this position

The New Product Development Export Manager will be responsible for understanding consumer/product trends, recommending product innovations, initiating projects for key international markets, and monitoring project implementation.

Responsibilities

• Understand consumer/products trends and recommend superior products innovation to seises business opportunity.
• Initiate products guideline benchmarks with global company to stay ahead.
• Develop/initiate NPD projects suitable for key international market.
• Monitor NPD project implementation.

Requirements

• Having experience Minimum 5 years in NPD development & marketing in FMCG food industry IS A MUST.
• Male or Female.
• Age 35-45 years old.
• Education bachelor’s degree of any major.
• Having good communication and good in analytical thinking.
