Over 20 years ago, on March 21, 1988, we started as Paktai Chueplerng Company Limited. Our mission was to operate tank farms and distribute gas for the community, the fishing industry and factories, starting from the south of Thailand. Later, the name was changed to PTG Energy Public Company Limited and our business shifted to provide high quality ready-made gas under the brand PT. From two tank farms, Chumporn Tank Farm in Chumporn Province and Mae Klong Tank Farm in Samut Songkhram Province. We expanded our tank farms to eight locations and more than 700 gas stations around the country.

Responsibilities

• วิเคราะห์และกำหนดกลยุทธ์ด้านการให้บริการลูกค้าในภาพรวมของกลุ่มบริษัท
• นำข้อมูลเพื่อใช้ในการจัดทำและนำเสนอแผนกิจกรรม CRM
• ดำเนินงานประสานงาน และดูแลโครงการที่เกี่ยวกับลูกค้าสัมพันธ์ให้สำเร็จตามแผนและระยะเวลาที่กำหนดไว้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ
• ประสานงานด้านการตลาดกับหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง
• ประสานงานกับพันธมิตรทางธุรกิจในการวางระบบ CRM
• กำกับดูแลภาพรวมการทำงานภายในทีมในสำเร็จตามเป้าหมาย

Requirements

ความรับผิดชอบ :• มีประสบการณ์ในงานด้านการตลาด การขาย หรือสื่อสารลูกค้าอย่างน้อย 5 ปี
• มีประสบการณ์ในการจัดการทีมหรือโครงการที่เกี่ยวข้องอย่างน้อย 3 ปี
